What are your business hours?
Weekdays are from 11:00 to 20:00, and weekends and holidays are from 10:00 to 19:00.
Are there any fixed holidays?
Generally, we are open as usual except for the New Year holidays. Please note that the closing dates for the New Year holidays may vary each year, so please contact the salon for details.
How many minutes before my reservation should I arrive?
First-time customers should arrive 20 minutes before their reservation time to allow time for preparation. Repeat customers should arrive 10 minutes before .
*Please note that we cannot extend your treatment if you are late. Also, if you do not arrive for more than 5 minutes without contacting us on the day, we may call you to confirm.

Do you have makeup products?
Only basic cosmetics are provided. Makeup products are not provided, so please bring them with you if you need them.
Can I receive treatment if I am pregnant?
We offer treatments that are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Please consult with our spa therapists to choose a treatment that is suitable for your physical condition.
Can two people receive treatment together?
At our Minami Aoyama main store, we have a two-bed VIP room that can accommodate two people. The usage fee is 1,650 yen (tax included) per person in addition to the treatment fee.
Can I purchase the products used in the treatment?
Some of the products used in our treatments are available for purchase at our spa boutique. Enjoy the finest face and body care products at home.
Is there parking available?
We do not have a dedicated parking lot for the salon. If you come by car, please use the nearby paid parking lot.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made by cash or credit card. Please note that credit card payments are only accepted as one-time payments.
Do you have gift certificates?
We have gift certificates available for use as presents, etc. Please feel free to contact our spa therapists for more information.
